This is Fu Medicinals' version of the famous Chinese U-I Oil, which we have been calling Fu-I Oil. Ultimately, for the sake of our labels, we changed it to Muscle Oil. This recipe is amazing for massage, cupping, and gua sha therapies. It's known for its warming effect, and treats muscle pains and stiffness that feels worse with cold and dampness.
